Jalebi is a famous delicious dessert mostly common in North India and also available throughout the country. The crunchy sweet dessert is prepared with all purpose flour, corn flour, ghee, sugar, baking soda, curd, kesar and it is prepared during Indian festivals and has crispy spirals filled with sugar.

These wonderful sweets came to our country from the far East long time before and it is now recreated in different ways to indulge the taste buds

In North India mostly Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, the breakfast of Jalebis soaked in warm milk or cold curd is very famous. Nowadays people are so much

“Thin Centric” and practice avoiding all sugar items, so may be for them they would feel awkward when I say that having milk or curd with Jalebis are really very healthy.
