Ginger is a food that’s mentioned in the Quran and as time goes on western scientists are beginning to realize what a powerful root this is, something the Ancients have known for centuries. the fresh root of the ginger rhizome is used, or it is dried and powdered or made into an essential oil.
Ginger is hot stuff and is used to combat cold in the stomach, motion sickness, morning sickness, colic, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, nausea caused by cancer treatment, nausea and vomiting after surgery, as well as loss of appetite.
Ginger is an anti-inflammatory useful in pain relief from arthritis or muscle soreness, menstrual pain, upper respiratory tract infections, cough, and bronchitis. Ginger is also sometimes used forbchest pain, low back pain, and stomach pain.
