Some ways you can be kind to yourself are
* Speak up for yourself.Say what you need to say..
* Take a 20 min power nap when you’re having a busy day to reenergise
* Make time for yourself in the day to do something you love(read a book,watch the rain and have tea)..or just sit quietly in silence and meditate
*Say “No” instead of “Yes” when you don’t really think you mean the “Yes” but are just trying to be polite to please the other person.
*Work on your goals everyday
