Based on bilateral agreement between the Czech Republic and India on cooperation in the fields of culture, education and science the Czech Embassy in Delhi informed Indian MInistry of External Affairs about 3 Indian students of doctoral study programs conducted in English being selected for scholarships amounting to 9 lakh Indian Rupees paid by the Czech Government.
The first scholarship is for study of theoretical physics, astronomy and astrophysics at the Astronomical Institute of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at the Charles University in Prague. The second scholarship is for study of technologies and materials and the thirds scholarship for study of machines and equipment design, both at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Liberec city.
