Then, once the two fruity sides are cut away from the seed, go ahead and cut away the fruit from the peel with a knife.No worries if you don’t have a seed slicer, a sharp kitchen knife will work just fine.

Hold the mango upright and cut down on the side of the mango where you think you won’t hit the seed. If you do hit it, no worries, just try a little further down the side of the fruit until you can cut all the way through.
