This picture is of Haji Hassan, a shopkeeper from the Iranian city of Zanjan.
A person had left his bicycle with Haji Hasan as a deposit and then for some reason did not come back.
Haji Hasan kept that cycle outside the shop every morning and inside the shop at night.
This cycle went on like this for 45 years waiting for the owner of the cycle.
Finally one day Haji Hasan died but the owner of the cycle did not return.
After his death, the government made a statue of that “Amin” and that bicycle and got it installed at an important crossroads of the city so that it remains an example of “Ahad-e-Wafa” and faithfulness.
