Let us tell you today how you can prevent curd from going sour during the summer season.
Store yoghurt in the right pot
If the curd is from the market, it will not be sour until the next day, there is no guarantee. But if you are putting curd at home, then you should set it properly. The first thing that you need to keep in mind is that you use full cream milk to set the curd and the curd you are going to use should not be sour. The other important thing is that you should put curd in a clay or ceramic vessel.
Clay pots in summer season remain cold and the curd will not get sour in it. To set the curd, boil the milk well. After that add half a teaspoon of curd and mix it well. Then you put sour curd in the earthen pot and then put hot milk in it. After pouring the milk, cover the pot with a plate without stirring.
